All flesh is not the same flesh, but there is one flesh of man,
and another flesh of beasts, another of fish, and another of birds…
The body that is sown perishable, it is raised imperishable.
It is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body.
  1 Corinthians 15:39-44
In the Bible, the inspired Word of God, is recorded Paul's explanation of the resurrection to the doubting Corinthians. His explanation states definitely that exactly as do men, animals have a spiritual body, which will be raised again.
God himself formed the earth and made it; he established it; he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited.
 Isaiah 45:18
God made the earth and the animals for a purpose; nothing will change that purpose.
Every animal of the forest is Mine,
and the cattle on a thousand hills
I know every bird in the mountains
and every creature that moves in the fields
  Psalm 50:10
The animals belong to God, and God will not allow them to be taken from Him.
By him [Jesus] were all things created, both in the heavens and on earth, both visible and invisible… all things have been created by him and for him…. It was the Father's good pleasure for all the fullness to dwell in him, and through him to reconcile all things to himself, having made peace through the blood of his cross…
 Colossians 1:16-20

The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into his hand.
 John 3:35

From him and through him and to him are all things forever.
 Romans 11:36

This was Jesus' mission: He came to earth as a man, suffered, died and rose again so that mankind and all of spoiled earthly creation might be made new and live again.
I consider that the present sufferings are not worth comparing to the glory that is to be revealed in us. The creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed. For the creation was subject to futility, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one that subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to mortality and brought into the glorious freedom of the children of God.
 Romans 8:18-21
Mankind, who was given dominion over all living things and all the earth (Genesis 1:28; Genesis 2:20), will have a special role to play in the future, in restoring the animal kingdom in its glorious new life.
Behold, I make all things new.
 Revelations 21:5
